The operational challenge

The work does not stop when someone registers.

The challenge was not simply collecting names. It was keeping the journey from public invitation to programme review connected and visible.

3 · Programme administration

One programme structure gave the ministry team a common operational view.

Programme settings, registration records, communication status and supplied sessions could be reviewed without turning StewardOS into the ministry team itself.

The team remained responsible for programme delivery, public communication and personal responses. StewardOS supported the records and operational view.

4 · Attendance

Attendance stayed connected to the session structure.

StewardOS supports attendance status at programme and session level. Exact Fresh Fire totals are omitted because a reconciled aggregate source was not available.

Walk-in handling is supported, but no Fresh Fire walk-in figure is displayed without reconciled evidence. Attendance capture did not automatically complete pastoral follow-up.

5 · Programme finance

Programme records could move from budget to review.

Programme budget and actual income and expenditure were recorded for leadership review. Exact values are withheld because reconciliation and separate publication permission have not been established.

A clear finance boundary

Programme finance records supported event-level review and were maintained separately from the organisation's official finance records.

StewardOS supported programme records. The ministry team remained responsible for approving expenditure, making payments and leadership decisions.

6 · Review and next actions

Recorded activity became a reviewable operational picture.

StewardOS brought the programme’s recorded activity into a reviewable operational picture. Leadership decisions and pastoral action remained the responsibility of the ministry team.

Budget-versus-actual structure supported

No follow-up total, reason, outcome or assignee is shown. StewardOS does not imply automatic promotion into People or automatic pastoral action.

Responsibility made explicit

StewardOS supported the work. The ministry team remained accountable.

The distinction matters: connected records improve visibility, but software does not replace public communication, physical welcome, financial approval, leadership or pastoral judgement.
