Team setup
Invite core staff, review roles and understand permission-controlled access.
Clear trial expectations
The 14-day trial is arranged directly during the current launch period. It gives your team time to explore StewardOS and decide whether a paid plan fits your ministry. Final post-trial access and retention terms will be confirmed before public paid activation.

What the trial includes
Create the workspace, configure the team and explore the capabilities available to the selected plan, region, role and enabled journeys. Begin with a small validated sample rather than a complete historical dataset.
Invite core staff, review roles and understand permission-controlled access.
Prepare a small people sample and test validation before any wider import.
Create a programme, review attendance and test one supported responsibility path.
Compare the configured plan contract and choose whether to upgrade before the trial ends.
